Our use of your personal data

At this time, we do not knowingly collect any personal data. However, should we need to collect personal data in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect what personal data we collect. All personal data is safely stored and secured using Apple’s iCloud Services. When using SnapSafe you might be prompted to input personal information such as, but not limited to:

  • Passcode
  • Security Question & Answer
  • The input of personal data is optional but required for certain SnapSafe features to work properly.

By entering in any personal data, you agree that you provide it voluntarily. In an ongoing effort to improve our services, additional personal data may be collected from you. In such cases, we will update our Privacy Policy page accordingly. Please see the “Changes to our Privacy Policy” section below for more information.

We may use your personal data to further develop the SnapSafe app and analyze the usage of SnapSafe. SnapSafe will not sell your personal data to third parties without your permission. Technical and Anonymous Data

You hereby agree that Provider may collect and use technical data, including but not limited to information about your mobile device and system, Internet connection, or your use of SnapSafe. The purpose of the collection of technical data is to ensure quality and further analyze and develop SnapSafe and related services. You also agree that Provider may anonymize your personal data, where possible, and use the anonymous data at its sole discretion for any purpose, particularly for creating anonymous analyses and statistics.

Children

We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under the age of 17 and our services do not target children under 17. If you are under 17, please do not submit any personal data through our services. Further, we encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet use and to help us in enforcing our Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide any personal data through our service without their permission. If you become aware that a child under the age of 17 has submitted personal data to us, please contact us and we will do our best to delete that account from our database.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal data we have collected and to ask us to update and correct any out-of-date or incorrect personal data that we have regarding you. Your consent to the processing of your personal data may only be withdrawn by sending a written notice signed by you to the address of the Provider. At this time, SnapSafe does not send push notifications to your device(s). However, in the future, we may communicate with you by notifications posted on your device(s).
